Sea Salt Chocolate
The recent addition of our popular Sea Salt Caramel collections was inspired by a recipe that had lain hidden for 350 years. In 1668 Edward Montagu, the 2nd Earl of Sandwich, devised a dessert using a salty chocolate liquid. This became the inspiration behind the latest Sea Salt Caramel Truffles and represents the way in which Charbonnel et Walker artfully combines tradition and history into new and indulgent flavours.
