Registration
You are required to register with us when you use our services or place an order. By registering you are making a statement that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming and concluding a legally binding contract.

In consideration of your use of our services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when filling out our order form; and maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registration.

Payment
We accept MasterCard / Visa / Google Pay/ Apple Pay and bank transfer to our designated bank account.
You accept that confirmed orders cannot be cancelled and deposits paid for confirmed orders are non-refundable. See Returns & Refunds policy.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in HKD. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, Charbonnel et Walker HK reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Friends and Family Discount

1. The offer is for the Friends & Family of our employees.
2. Discount applies only to goods purchased based on full retail price and no discount can be applied to any additional charges including delivery charges that may be incurred
3. The offer is valid only upon the provision of the name of our employee and verified by that employee.
4. All orders are subject to confirmation of availability and we reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
5. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.
6. The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions and discounts.
8. Full payment of purchase and delivery charge can be made before delivery.

10. We reserve the right to make all final decisions.
11. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any claim of loss or damage arisen from your order.

Delivery
Cost of delivery will be charged. We only make deliveries in the specified areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. We currently do not make deliveries to remote areas and outer islands If elevator access is not available then delivery capability will be assessed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered goods from our logistics centre and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund.

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you input as the delivery address. The goods shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the goods are delivered to the address you give us for deliver. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order without any refund or compensation to you in the event of your failure to accept deliver for whatever reasons.

Unless otherwise specified, we will use all reasonable commercial endeavours to deliver the goods within 3 working days after your order is accepted. If we are unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery dates or times we will notify you by phone or email before delivery. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund.

Once the goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party except our authorized distributors located in your region who handle the distribution of our products.
We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
